So its officially over. My neon is no more :(
We are talking MANY issues here, involving fuel pump, head gasket cracks, oil leaking INTO the fricken hub, and it goes on and on. That could have been fixed, with more that 1000$ out of my pocket. The ultimate problem is with the engine. There was already one broken rod (which they are even amazed it ran on) and it is apparently starting to fall apart (the engine) on the inside. *Sigh*
What fricken luck...
I would be slightly more optimistic in finding something if it wasn't for
#1)my mom being always pessimistic about things
#2)bus routes not going ANYWERE I NEED TO GO
#3) job search put further on hold
#4) just had to decline a temp job just now cause I do not have transportation (even bus routes!!)
#5) lack of funding to do anything about it
My dad offered to let me borrow the old elantra of ours , stick of course...which I never drove a stick... but hell I learn it. I be more than willing to come down for a few days to learn it and bring it back, but apparently 2 fricken days is not enough according to mother...grrr. I do have ways to get to champaign and all, I JUST NEED TO GET PICKED UP IN FRICKEN CHAMPAIGN!!!
Believe me, at this point im bound and determined to learn a stick if need be, I JUST NEED A VEHICLE!!! I DON"T CARE IF ITS NEW.
Luckily enough there is a vehicle they put a new motor in selling for about 3,300$ im checking out on Sat. Don't remember the the make or anything, but I am optimistic.
