The Tempest
I have a little blue journal with a lovely leather cover and a ribbon that always gets caught in the zipper of my purse, where otherwise it fits so perfectly. I went to a wonderful arts camp for three weeks where I've met some of my best friends. My friend M.Hell was emailing me last night about journals. He's named his Payne, after a kid in our cast. Today I named my journal Prospero, after the Shakespeare character.
We've coordinated on halloween costumes, too, for thinking far into the future. We both are going to be from the Tempest - he wants to be Caliban, I'll be Ariel in my purple dress with the gauze. So I will be Ariel and carry my Prospero journal. I really like the irony of this.
