I enjoy taking pictures of animal corpses. :D
I don't think this squirrel got run over, it may have fallen off the tree and gotten a concussion since there's blood trailing out of its nose.
Reminds me of a squirrel story! I was walking to uni drinking my orange juice, when suddenly I heard twigs breaking and a fluffy grey thing going splat next to me. I muffled a sound of shock and jumped, and the girls that were walking behind me screamed. Turns out this squirrel either missed making its jump or lost its balance and plummeted to the ground. It landed on its back, but didn't get hurt miraculously since it was a bit of a drop. It looked very disorientated and quickly made a dash away. I was thinking how lucky I was for not walking too close to the tree, otherwise it would've fallen on my head and scratched my hair out, or given me rabies or something.
