If pain lets us know that we're still alive, I must be living my life to the fullest. Tonight's migraine is a personal achievement: 7 days in a row of headaches. It's near impossible for me to describe the pain to anyone who hasn't had one, but I can try:

"A migraine headache usually is aggravated by daily activities like walking upstairs. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, facial pallor, cold hands, cold feet, and sensitivity to light and sound commonly accompany migraine headaches. As a result of this sensitivity to light and sound, migraine sufferers usually prefer to lie in a quiet, dark room during an attack. A typical attack lasts between 4 and 72 hours."

Imagine, if you will, doing nothing but lie in a dark part of your house, screaming on the inside for death or any release from the horrible pain, for 72 hours. You can't sleep, can't eat for fear of vomiting, and can't do anything but cry as your eyes feel like they're being sucked into their sockets by little people living in your head.

One funny thing did come out of me having one tonight...

Matt - "What are you doing?"
Danny - "Giving Andrew head."
He meant head massage, of course, but that isn't what he said.

Oh, and Happy Fucking Valentines Day everyone.
