so today went to shoot with Harper.
a bunch of easy sets in zentai followed up with 3 suspensions that were not so easy.
2 involved inversions which have left me with nice red bands across my waist n hips.
a bit o skin came off too.
marks around armpits n sides as usual.
i suppose i will feel where it really hurts tomorrow.
nice to work.
stayed in n drank absolute peach vodka blends with the boys
then watched the rest of Band of Brothers, again.
so much for big friday nite. not sure about tomorrow nite.
