Ah Wild Field / Aoyama Theater
My first MJ's stage play. Watched the Soiree show.
I read the original novel, so I knew what the story was about. It wasn't that erotic (relieved).
Ninagawa stage plays are always dense XD Terayama works are also abstract XD
MJ obviously trained his voice (lesson learned from his previous experience).
The casts MJ and Koide played were like their "stock-in-trade."
I would like to see the play with their roles switched.
Every time MJ came down from the stage, most of the audience grabbed their binoculars to follow him, which was kind of bizarre scene watching from the back.
MJ got stuck with his lines twice but it was a minor incident.
Katsumura-san was fiddling around which made both MJ and Koide giggle.
