My Healthy Lunch On-the-Go

Christy and I woke up late this morning and had to dash out of the house. I had enough time to swig down the last of the V8 Fusion juice and cram a Fig Newton into my mouth, gather up some random things for lunch, and then get out the door. Here's my on-the-run lunch:

  • A sandwich baggie with 10 baby carrots (10 cal.) and three sticks of celery (15 cal.)
  • A plastic cup of pineapple chunks in pineapple juice (60 cal.).
  • A Starkist Lunch-to-Go (210 cal.).
  • A Mt. Olive Pickle PAK of Sweet Petites (84 cal.).

All in all, a pretty healthy lunch, weighing in at 379 cal. Filling, and tasty.
