(no subject)
Well ok it’s been awhile since I last updated but I’ve been super busy and I just havnt been motivated to type in a long time. My girlfriend has been keeping me occupied (which I don’t mind at all) but I havn’t been left much time to do anything else besides work, hang out with friends and talk to Linh.
I’m starting to get a bit home sick… I miss my family and I miss being able to talk to people. Don’t get me wrong, I love it here and I’m trying real hard to learn the language… but it’s really difficult. I constantly get mistaken for Japanese and its still funny to my friends… you’d think after 3 months it would get old but they crack up every time… I think they just like to see me squirm.
I actually havn’t had many chances to travel around yet… although on December 1st I am taking a bus tour through the Tokyo bay area and going through to see Kyoto on the 28th of December but I feel like I havn’t done anything profound yet besides see area’s of Tokyo.
My job is an absolute breeze! I like everyone I work with except this prick Matt. He’s a total corporate drone, you know those company kiss asses that you hear about? He constantly complains and whines… it’s ridiculous and he points out every little thing you do that isn’t up to company standard. He thinks that because he’s been at the branch the longest that he has a right to boss everyone around. Ok enough ranting… I have a bunch of new pictures I want to post, I’ll have to do that next post. Ok time for bed!
