Whoa, I cannot believe that i have NOT written in this thing for the longest time!
I guess it's because there is nothing really that interesting right now except for the fact that....I AM MUTHA FUCKIN' GRADUATIN'!!!! I cannot believe it! After 4 fucking years in this hell hole of a money sucker, I can finally get out, with a degree, and start doing something with my life! It's amazing! Granted I am going to go to grad school, but I won't be an undergraduate anymore and that makes all the difference to me!!!
Schedule for this semester as follows:
mwf: senior seminar for soc
tth: senior seminar for wst and peace studies 398 (i really love that class!)
th: women's sex (oooooh baby)
f: women in immigration...the one class that is really going to kill me
For that class i have to interview an immigrant woman, record it, transcribe it, code it, peer review it, and then write a 12 to 15 page paper on her story and an analysis. This counts for 50% of my fuckin' grade....I SO do not have a life this semester! It is only the 3rd week and I already have been in the library this semester than i have been in the whole 3 years i have been here!
The only good thing about this semester.....NO TESTS!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
okay, i guess that is all i have to say today...oh, one more thing...I REALLY don't want to vote this year. There really is no point: for me, it isn't that important anymore because it's not gonna fix anything. I know that i should have more trust in people, but I can't reach inside myself and seem to give a rat's ass at the moment.
