this was the actual reason why i wanted to post tonight... to tell this story.
hahaha, after band, frank said he would give me a ride home. i told him that i didn't mind walking, but he insisted. jamar asked for a ride too, so we all went to the front of the high school to wait for our ride.
we waited long as hell, just doing martial arts to pass the time. when oliver showed up, we went to drop off jamar but we got stuck in the very police checkpoint oliver kept telling us that we were gonna go around. as soon as we got into the line of cars, olver was like, "everyone, make sure you all have your seatbelts on" about 7 times. as we were actually pulled over, we started making jokes about why that happened (because we're all minorities).
then, a police officer comes to us and starts talking to oliver. just as everything is going well, he asked if everyone had their seatbelts on as he moves his flashlight to jamar... freakin', seatbelt-less jamar. he let us go and we were all yelling at jamar for not listening. it was too funny. then, oliver just starts going through "do not enter" signs and spinning out his tires right next to all of the police officers.
