oh my poor neglected journal. how i do wish i had more time to write in thee....
i spend lots of time writing on my laptop...lot of good that does me, with no WiFi at home.
...although somehow pete was able to pick some up from one corner of the front bedroom.
i think his...whatchamacallit is stronger then mine though...
speaking of...i don't know if i've mentioned this here, but you knw the Watchamacallit bar? it has a companion called the Thingamajig....no joke. has peanut butter instead of carmel, i think i liked it better. i've only had it once, but do like me some peanut butter.

EWWWWW moment of the day: someone returned a rental tent, and we hung it in the WH to dry out and a whole shit-ton of Earwigs fell out and started crawling all over the place....ew...*stomp*stomp*stomp*stomp*stomp*...well great, now the floor is covered in dead earwigs...ewwwwww.
hilariously, i had no qualms about swatting a fly with my bare hand....but THAT takes skill and speed, so obviously its not the same thing....sheesh...

10 more days till Wisco, super happy about that. taking my friend Krystal from work with me. She's stoked too. we're gonna go to the Circus museum in Baraboo, and hopefully canoeing sometime as well, and then on the 4th, theres Fireworks in La Farge...woot!

finances this month are sketchy cause of the car shit...but i think i will just about scrape by...effing street and sanitation...
OH Yeah, went to a street fest in Evenston on Sunday, heard a great local band "Sarah and the Tall Boys" actually ended up going half-sies on the CD cause we liked it so much. mix of Blues/Country. a few covers, but mostly original stuff.
i like hearing and finding local musicians.
