Markets of the world

Aren't these gorgeous? They are all different, and each one of them miraculously describes it's culture the best way possible.

Spices in Marrakesh, Morocco

Morocco has always been a dream country to visit for me. My guy's uncles just came back from there a few months ago, all excited with the wonderful stories of one of the most beautiful countries on the Mediterranean Sea. The guy isn't crazy about the idea of visiting there, unfortunately, but I hope he'll change his mind one day. Colorful, vivid and authentic - that's what I mostly get to hear about Morocco.

Dates in Cairo, Egypt

Egypt, the land of Anwar al-Sadat, the man who sacrificed his life for the peace in the Middle East. This market is a mess, but somehow it does look super clean to me.

Cheese, vegetables, chickens, clothes and shoes by the highway in Tbilisi, Georgia

I've been to Tbilisi, and the city did not impress me all that much. Dirty, forgettable. However, the green hills of Georgia, it's churches and monasteries, villages, mountains and food make it one of the most exciting locations on the planet in my opinion. Definitely on my to-revisit list.

Wool in La Paz, Bolivia

Pike Place Market in Seattle, United States

I have never been to the United States, and frankly I don't even know about any worthy locations there, that besides visiting friends just for the fun of it. Not because there aren't, obviously, but because I've never heard of any.

Fruits in Germany

The Germans don't mess around themselves alright. Germany is most likely to be my next European location to visit.

Dried fruits in Fisherman's Village, Hong Kong

Fruits in La Boqueria, Barcelona

I have been to Barcelona, there is nothing much to say but that generally Spain is the most beautiful country I've ever been to, and love is in the air there the way you cannot imagine if you haven't experienced it. Land of love that is. Don't forget the sangría if you happen to pass by!

Chichicastenango, Guatemala

The Floating Market in Bangkok

I won't start with Bangkok here, it's an endless love story.

Vegetables in Zagreb, Croatia

Pottery, Ecuador

Turtles and lizards in Shanghai, China

Chili in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Mexico

Dried flowers in Kunming, Yunnan province, southern China

Fruits in London

Yay, these don't even look real!

Olives in Machane Yehuda, Jerusalem

I miss Jerusalem...

The more I look at these, the more I want to eat and to travel. I can fix me a dinner now, but traveling will have to wait at least for the spring. The overall next location: still open for suggestions.
