Brand New Day
It's funny how a confession can change your life. It's strange how such an awful turn of events can actually make you smile. Sometimes bad things happen that help remind us we're not alone. Strangely enough, a slander to my name has made me a better person, or so I like to think. Truly, to respond with love to a hateful act does wonders. If this is the worst that happens in my life, I'm truly blessed. I am discovering more and more of my family to be real, genuine human beings. They are SO beautiful. I count them among my beautiful friends. It gives me hope that this world can become something better; that this world IS something better. My lessons in love over the past few months has been wonderful, and for that I am grateful. I hope to continue to spread the awesome love (and I do mean literally AWEsome) that has been shown to me. I hope everyone gets that kind of joy in their life just once.
