Back from Japan
Was actually back last week but haven't had a chance to settle down yet. I missed my computer and my babies...er..my dolls I mean but to me they're my babies.
Japan was a lot more fun this time. The first time I went I did not have fun. Didn't like hotel and was not having good time. But this time I did enjoy it.
We stayed at the Prince hotel in Shinjuku...apparently red light district area..cos at about 5pm you see all these guys in suits all standing in the middle of the street doing absolutely nothing. They were hosts.
We went to Harajuku, Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Roppongi, Tokyo, Odaiba and some places we had to revisit a couple of times for more spending.
I did find my Kuroshitsuji dolls, the ones with the big heads. Got Sebastian, Ciel and Grell. They're so cute. But everyone else thinks they're a bit freaky...not like my other Volks dolls.
The strap on my shoe snapped the first day there so had to buy new shoes. Did a lot of walking. I've never walked so much in my life. Bought a heap of clothes. Saw some TeniMyu dvds at animate that I wanted to get but didn't and then when I went back the next day they were gone. Could not find the naoto store in Harajuku.
Overall, was a good trip.
