she reminded me of some hilarities from back in the day:
1. goth math: 1+1=HELL!!
2. my little brother used to write her love notes and addressed them to "the girl in the purpool shirt"

every time I hear Beethoven's 9th, I can only think of her singing the prepositions to it.
which then reminded me of Frau G, and how there was a lot of wonder about if she actually knew AP's name other than "GRETCHEN!!!!!"
