I weighed myself when I got home from work today, and...
147.6 pounds!
On the down side, that's the same weight as when I accidentally weighed myself on Wednesday. But on the positive side, it's still a pound down from last week, and considering the fact that I ate the equivalent of about five pounds of food last night, it's pretty good!
Goal for next week: 145 lbs.
