148.6 lbs! A loss of almost 2 pounds! I was hoping to get down into the 147 range, but I know that was a little bit of a stretch, so I'm happy to be back under 150. My goal for next week will be 146!
I think that I might start setting rewards for myself--something for when I get down to 140, 130, and finally 120. Have reward systems worked for you guys? Do you think they work better at smaller intervals (5 lbs) as opposed to larger ones (10lbs)?
