Weighed in this morning at 150.2 pounds, which is up about half a pound from last week. I think I'm going to assume that it's mostly water weight from the amount of fluid I've been drinking, as well as bloating from my lady friend who will be visiting next week. (Grar.) I'm disappointed (I was hoping to have lost at least a little weight, rather than gaining), but what can you do?
