may dad's 70th birthday party was last week. i ended up at the end of the table, with my aunt uncle and cousin, so i didn't need to interact with the other family friends who may or may not creep me out in some way shape or form.
prior, i was lucky enough to get 2 baseball ticket hookups in one week, one with the all you cna eat and drink pre game buffet, and one with club level seats right behind home plate.
other than that just the odd drinks with work people that causes it's own set of enjoyable drama.
i think i'm gonna do a long weekend in new york in a couple weeks.
