"What is a danish without coffee?"
Real Life - I've been on a coffee kick lately. More so than usual, which would frighten anyone who knew me at all in university. I make a cup in the morning using the super-cool coffee maker my dad has that makes one cup at a time, then I get to work and have another cup or two from the pot in the kitchen. In the afternoon I generally take a wander out of the office with co-workers to the closest Tim Hortons, and then sometimes on the train back home at night I need another cup to stay awake and avoid the whole gross sleeping with your mouth hanging open thing that people tend to do on public transportation.
Moral of the story - perhaps I should consider decaf.
In other news, I have officially taken possession of my condo and my painter is in there today. Whee! I'm having the walls, trim and ceilings done so it should look lovely and fresh when I move in next week. So freaking excited. My boss was incredibly sweet and dropped off a card from she and her husband with $250.00 in Canadian Tire gift card money. Nice woman.
The paint is kinda boring (taupe in the family room, green in the bedroom, dark brown in the bathroom), but I have super fun accent art and pillows and I made a headboard/art thingy and dude - I'm decorating an apartment.
Fandom - I want Heroes to come back now. Plus I want my S1 DVDs. I also want to get further into the S3 24 DVDs I'm on right now. I've been alternating between those, Gilmore Girls S2 (when it was still good) and Sports Night. I think I may have split my focus too much. More Jack.
