Wow I'm a totally pathetic shipper. I almost wish I felt bad for that :) This episode left my little shipper heart aching. It really did. The rest of the plot may not have been carried out particularly well, but the last phone conversation made me want to cry.
I know some people are just about ready to leave Alias based on the general suckage this season, but I'm really not ready to go yet. Any show that can get my emotions all riled up like that will continue to have me as a loyal viewer.
That being said, if there is any indication that Jack buys that whole explanation for the mole, I will be one very angry fan. Jack is smart. They can dumb down every other character on the show and I'll take it begrudgingly, but the second they make Jack or Irina out as an idiot I'm going to be pissed. These are two of the smartest characters on television. Enough said.
I didn't see promos for next week, (I watched on CTV) but they better clear up the whole messy triangle soon. JJ, just put the ship back together and then move on to the spy stuff. Spy show... remember?
Off to watch my Sports Night DVDs. That should cheeer me up.
