Trying something new: Painting on primed surfaces, I usually never prime anything but I like the textures and how it makes the painting jump off the surface. (You'd see what I'm talking about, but my image resizer/scanner set up is slightly failing me!)
It's much dirtier and more "painterly" than I'm used to, it will probably take a few more passes to learn to completely let go of my tendency to over polish. I've been painting on all sorts of surfaces lately...Plastic, glass, cardboard, anything I can get my hands on. I'm clearing commissions, and having fun trying new things.
