I don't know why I keep torturing myself, but whenever I read the news online, I invariably end up reading some of the comments written by people on the internet.
Oh god why. Why? Just why. On the left and the right, it doesn't matter, just they are so so stupid. No one has anything intelligent to say and no one is really thinking at all. Everyone is just whining without thinking about the situation at hand. People keep complaining about all the money that Obama is supposedly spending, but I wonder if it's really all that much. No one's come over and demanded that I pay up and meanwhile, health insurances are not allowed to turn people away anymore. People are so up in arms about this health insurance thing saying that they don't like the government forcing them to get health insurance but what kind of crazy ass idiot *chooses* not to have health insurance when simple tests cost hundreds of dollars? None of those whining losers have ever actually gone without health insurance anyway so they need to shut the fuck up already.
Everyone's just ragging on the politicians, whether it's Obama or Palin, and they don't even make any effort to think twice about their own individual responsibility. It's so much easier to just point the finger at a figure in the media and whine that they haven't solved all of our problems with a wave of their magic wand. Boohoo. And nobody is even really thinking about the rich motherfuckers who are sitting pretty, getting fat off of the workers, whether they're legal or illegal, and exploiting them as much as they can because they understand how easy it is to manipulate the American people into lining their pockets. This is ages old. Before it was illegal immigrants, it was scabs. People never learn. If you want to be rich and powerful, all you have to do is look to the past. Same tricks work now as the ones they used a hundred years ago.
I really have no sympathy for the middle-class of this country. They deserve whatever they get. I hope the government taxes them out of their homes and they have to pay penalties on the insurance they refuse to get out of spite because they think it's so unnecessary and then they die because they couldn't get to a doctor to get a prescription for the $7 antibiotics that would have saved their miserable lives.
