Writer's Block: Eat, Drink, Be Merry

Giblet gravy. I could never eat it. For those who don't know Giblets are the the heart, liver, neck and gizzard of the turkey.  The Giblets are cooked to create a broth and then the meat is chopped to go into the gravy made from the broth. Boiled eggs are chopped and added to the gravy.
