It seems I am having issues with all of the appliances in my apt.
Last week my AC went out and it took five days to get it repaired. Now my hot water heater seems to have died. So I finally got cool and now have to take cold showers.
I haven't done anything in fandom for over a year. I saw on Nekid Spike that the prompt is Bubbles. It might just get me to write something. Something a bit naughty. LOL!
I took off work for my birthday this week. Work has been horrible. School begins next week so retail is very busy. It seems each time I am caught up at work they add something new to my job. When I started it was just guest service. Doing returns and helping guest with stuff. They have added to my job so many things that I have trouble getting it all done. There are two Kodak machines I have to keep up. I have to deal with gift registery machines, site to store orders as well as flex orders that the back room is charged with doing, but I end up having to staighten out as well. Now we have RFID labels on merchandise that have to be replaced if the guest returns an item that is missing the information. One of my duties is to package damaged items that were returned for shipment out to vendors or donations. I have to beg for boxes from the crew that unloads the trucks for these. I noticed my boxes that I had set aside starting disappearing. Turns out one of the cashiers was giving them away. We don't even hold boxes for guests because the boxes we don't reuse are strapped and sent for recyling which is a good sum of money for the company. This cashier got caught this week and got ugly when told she couldn't do that. It wasn't just me she got hateful with, but a manager. I am not the only one this cashier has caused trouble for at work. No one seems to like her, but she gets lots of credit card aps so management tends to over look her actions.
