True Blood is Dead and Over
I have many thoughts about this last season.
Most of them are WTF? Some of the stuff from
this season makes me angry. Some stuff made
me laugh.
I loved every moment of Pam and Eric. I could
watch them together in their own series. I guess
Eric didn't really care about what was going down
with Mr Gus until he sent his gang after Sookie.
And Sookie will never know how close she was
to being killed by them.
I was angry with Lafayette for a minute. He
screws Jess's boyfriend in her car and then
gets angry with her? Yes, maybe she wasn't
the perfect girlfriend, but dang, moments after
she caught them doing it?
I can't say I blamed Violet for getting angry either.
Jason didn't treat her right either, but boy she is
one scary vamp when pissed off.
Hoyt and Jess....I'm happy for them to be back
together. Felt sorry for his girlfriend. She got
the short end of the stick. It amused me how
Jason was trying so hard not to get involved
with Brigette. That's growth for Jason.
Bill....there are no words for the hate I have
for this character. He more or less forced
Jess and Hoyt to get married. Yet, he decided
Sookie needed to kill him and use up her
fairy powers so she could have a normal life???
What a prick. Why couldn't he just lie down in
his coffin and wait for the sun to rise?
When I saw Sookie in the last scene, my
first thought was she was carrying a baby
for Jess and Hoyt. Should have known better.
Did you know the guy who played her husband
was Alexander Skarsgard's stand-in. Guess
she ended up with Eric in a round about way.
Young Tara was amazing. She had Tara' s
voice pattern down perfect. Young Sookie
didn't seem like Sookie to me. Nice to see
Gran again.
Arlene wandering around Bill's house making
comments was just so funny. Andy said such
beautify things during the wedding. Made me
cry just a bit.
True Blood was a crazy, silly show. I loved it and
will miss it being on HBO even if it was a huge mess.
