Christmas is the most difficult holiday for retail employees.

of what we go through during the holidays.
Now my company closed at 9pm. I'm sure there were lots of shoppers who just refused to leave at close.
Even closing at 9pm, the workers had to stay a while later to clean up.
And many will be back early Dec 26 to get ready for the store to open again.
