Some wonderful person nominated me at Running With Scissors Round Two for my drabble titled Copa. It was for open_on_sunday prompt quick. Thank you to who ever nominated me. It was such a pleasant surprise. Here is the drabble.
Title: Copa
Angel felt the need so he gave into it.
Quickly he punched the play button before he changed his mind.
Barry’s voice flowed out and tempted him.
At the Copa, Copacabana
The hottest spot north of Havana
Angel hummed tunelessly along to the song.
At the Copa, Copacabana
Music and passion were always the fashion
His hips swayed to the catchy beat.
At the Copa .... don't fall in love
Don't fall in love
He froze as he turned to find Cordy and Wes with stakes held high.
Angel sighed. They were always so quick to believe he was Angelus.
And look I figured out how to load the button. Mind is still foggy from trip.
