The first one, I never even got inside the court room. We waited out side for hours and then was told it was settled out of court.
The second one was a teenage girl who was on a school bus when it was in a wreck. Her mother claimed the girl had injuries that were caused by it. Yet the mother had canceled medical appointments for her. The girl was able to work at a fast food place and got fired because she was not old enough to legally work there. They lost the case. It was very iffy.
The last one was a husband and wife who bought several cars and never paid for them. The husband tried to say it was all the wife's fault. He tried to offer her up so he wouldn't be charged. They both got ten year probation and each had to pay a fine of $10,000 each.
The last one took three days in court. I was glad it was short. The next day after it was over Tommy and I left for Vegas. I was really scared it would drag on and I would miss my trip.
LOL. We do seem to understand each other quite well, don't we.
I knew that line would grab you. I'm way too old for him to notice. He is such a sweetie when you are talking to him. Just those few moments are special to me.
I agree with the first 1/2 of your reply about James - yes, I'm too old, as well ... but I just clam up when I'm near him ... I really hate that - But I then agree - those moments are VERY special!
You are not too old for him. I'm ten years older than he is almost to the day. He does tend to like younger women, but then he is a man. Can't blame him if he likes younger women. After all I'm casting my eyes at a man ten years younger.
