Hay, Occa Bleach sounds pretty good! If you threw in Rukia beating Gin (I like Gin and all but I like Rukia more and she needs payback) and a shitload of Kenpachi omake it would be my favorite manga.
And yeah, I'd be drawing backgrounds (Hey, Kubo needs some help with that anyway) but hopefully I could look over his shoulder and pick up some hints about how to draw characters in that insanely attractive willowly sultry style.
You know what's horrible? Oda works for Watsuki and comes away drawing like he does. Then Oda gets assistants, and do they find their own (hopefully less traumatic) styles?
