I got my big arm tattoo partially touched up today. I started to swell up so much that I need to go back later and finish it. I think I'm getting soft in my old age. It also hurt more than I remember.
Ricardo is currently in Ireland. He comes home Monday. I'm anxious for him to come home. So much so that I'm having trouble sleeping and my stomach hurts. I've kept myself remarkably busy while he's been gone, but I still miss him like crazy.
I had a job interview last week (which I failed miserably), and one tomorrow (at a place that I really, really want to work). Please cross your fingers for me. The thought of working at the bookstore during another holiday season makes me want to slit my wrists. And I could also do without the ridiculous two-bus commute to the Gothic. I'm over it. So, if any of you know of any job openings, let a girl know!
I've lost twelve pounds on the diet. I'm rather impressed! I bought one of the cookbooks. Staying in during the winter and cooking as opposed to eating out sounds tremendously appealing.
