So. Brief summary, in reverse order:
Ham with my maple/mustard glaze, garlic/Scarborough mashed potatoes, and green bean casserole for Xmas dinner. Got an espresso maker; enjoying Very Fast Coffee!
Completed NaNoWriMo this year. 50k words, novel name is "Canterbury"--currently on the back burner to allow it to clear out of my head a bit so I can edit it.
Working on writing an app for the RIM Playbook. They use this horrid FLEX framework, but the end result will be me getting a free tablet, hooray!

Been spending way too long on the train, but the nook helps--it's nice to have something to read.
Been working in El Segundo since....June? Not a whole lot going on there other than work, work, and more work.
Killed my facebook somewhere around then; their privacy setting migrations were getting to be too much work for me to deal with.
Prior to June, was travelling around to Navy bases, upgrading computers, since...well, last year.
So there's the short version.
