(no subject)
i'm over being pissed off about friday night now...i went to the druid friday night with some people from the lab...it was a good time. i am, however, sick to my stomach about the fish i was supposed to feed...their food (brine shrimp) didn't hatch in time because i didn't remember to turn on the lamp until late last night...and i tried calling people for 3 hours with no results as to what to do...i finally broke down and called my grad student in panic attack mode...she calmed me down and found out what to do for me (apparently people haven't updated their numbers on the list in our lab, but she was able to call someone and get an answer within 2 minutes)...i need to get/make her something nice for helping me not only with today, but with everything. she's one of my favorite people in the world right now...the ulcer i now have is just the begining i'm sure.
