Sakura-Con 2009!!! <3
Went to Sakura-Con in Seattle the 10th, 11th and 12th and oh god!! >wwww< it was so freakin awsome. Girugamesh was there~ OwO They performed Friday, then did a Q&A plus autographs on Saturday and then Sunday if you bought a shirt you could get your picture taken with them ;w; it was awsome so wonderfull and I just can't seem to come up with any words that trully describe it 8'D but everything was like perfect in that moment.....okie..that sounded a lil' poetic XD
But what can I say it was wonderfull~ also saw 2 other bands yeeop ^^
The Slants which is a band based in Portland, Oregon and they kickedasss man! >ww< got part of a drum stick I did heh >w>
Then Myuji who is known as the one who did "ex dream" for X the tv series. He was with his band "Tripolysm" awsomeawsomeeee got their autographs too >w< Myuji was so nice so was Chaka and Daigoro and i honestly forgot the other guitarist name ;w; but he was soooo nice. Cause my japanese like flew out the perverbial window and all I could ask him was "How are you?" (in english mind you) and he looked at me like 'What?..' with a cute face too >/////< and I asked a bit more so he could understand me "Are you good yes, yes?" with my thumbs up. He said "Yes yes very good yes." smiled and shook my hand *////* <3 ahnyaaan~ Got cds, some magazines, candy and a number of pictures, 'corse not much as last years Sakura-Con but I'd say somewhat close. Ou! tried the games that were there to ahhh man. Pop'n music was pretty addicting so was Drum mainia, Guitar Freaks came pretty close XD when I got the magazines apparaently youd get a raffle ticket for every magazine you bought and so saturday I got 3 and so 3 tickets right, and I go back a bit after 5pm with the tickets it seems that one of the tickets was a winner and they (I didn't get their names but they were 2..or was it 3..well they were really wonderfull ladies and they 'corse liked Girugamesh too~ aswell as the GazettE, Merry and so on cause knowing me I'll go on and name all of them XD) told me what 1 item I could pick there was a shirt with the magazine logo if remember correctly 'Five For Magazine', 3 different PC games, a sort of magazine I think its title was 'Kare' or something abouts yea, a bag that had a shirt in it, a signed cd byyyy.....frick now I forgot his name but I do remember hes a well known Shamisen player ^^; and thennnn a 5,000 yen worth download account....had a hard time choosing between the cd and the 5,000 yen (if remember equivalent of $50) one of them went inny minny X'D but then i remember I had paper rolled in my hand and so after awhile I positind myself below the 2 items and went 'tap tap tap tap' -stop and so went with the 5,000 8D
I hope to see those ladies there again they were really nice ^w^ got hugs from them~
I did see a Miyavi cosplayer, a Reita cosplayer and 4 who did Girugamesh <333 2 of the 4 actually found those horse masks (-if you've seen the pics or youtube vid you know what I'm talking about-) and the one who looked like Satoshi smacked one of them XD it was awsome mannnn.
Made some new friends there to ^^ thanks to mah cookie-chan for introducing us~
If actually remember right there was more 'musical guests' I 'spose be right word cause remember seeing something about 'Soul Candy'..Ou! feel stupid now ><\ Smile d.k. was there too though didn't get to see them ;~; but one of the others was Hangry and Angry they performed after Myuji soooo yeaaa ^^; like 5 or 6 bands~
