I am 27 weeks and 4 days as of TODAY. We are only about 1 week apart! Omg, that means our babies might be born around the same time. hehe...

Like you, I can't WAIT until the 3 more months is over...my husband keeps telling me he wants the baby out already so we can play with her! hehe... It's so exciting. I can't wait until after the pregnancy so I could eat SUSHI, RAW OYSTERS, and all the shellfish I want! Oh, and have a drink or two! Lol. Unfortunately, I won't be able to for awhile, since I will try to breastfeed. At least for the first 4-6 weeks, which they say makes the baby smarter (the longer you breastfeed them) and also boosts their immune system so they have less chances of getting sick. So...for me, I think I will have to wait until AFTER I'm done breastfeeding before I can eat and drink to my heart's desire. What about you, are you going to try and breastfeed?

My husband and I went to Babies R Us 3 weeks ago and started our baby registry already. I was really fun. They give you a whole list of stuff they recommend you buy (over 150 items!). It's a big overwhelming at first, but you go into each aisle and look at all the items, colors, things you would need. Baby stuff are so cute! Then, they give you a "gun" which you can scan the items you want and it goes directly into your registry. It was a lot of fun. Make sure when you are selecting a stroller, car seat, etc...that you BOTH try them out and try to take it apart, because some are easier than others... and you want to make sure you find one that's easy for you, especially when you may be alone with the baby sometimes and you have to know how to take it apart and put it together by yourself. It was really an interesting experience, but I learned so much that day!

My friends are throwing me a baby shower next Saturday...I'm so excited! In a few more weeks, I'm going to have to go to the hospital and pre-register us too... and I have a pregnancy labor class coming up for hubby & I, as well as a breastfeeding class in a few weeks.
