Ugh Bureaucracy.

University's never fail to have stupid bureaucratic requirements. Now I have to leave work an hour early so I can go get a stupid ID to take out library books. Meanwhile I have an ID number and a State ID.... that SHOULD be enough.

UGH.....

Just because the State knows who you are doesn't mean that the library knows who you are. After all, you can't trust the State. He's in concert with the Man.

The best part of that story is that I finally did get the ID and that evening when I went to go check out the books I handed my card to the Tufts Librarian, he scanned it, and my account wouldn't come up. I wasn't in the system. It took 30 minutes and several calls to other people to figure out what was wrong. Oy.
