are you happy for america?
ah today has been great! i spent the whole day with my gorgeous love and we spent most of that time in my bed just talking and reading and trying to find funny cartoons on television. i just walked john out; we had the best conversation for the past ... i guess three or so hours. i am SO cherishing every second we have together while it is still here. i remember the utter agony last year when the summer ended and he went back to school; i couldnt look at anything in my house without breaking down into violent sobs remembering him sitting in that chair/eating at the table/sleeping on the couch, etc. i don't want that kind of thing to happen while im trying to learn how to live and work at university. i dont think it will either. when you are as strange as we are, you know your love is real haha. he is so great, he knows my heart and i know his. we are soulmates. almost two years of happiness...a few fights, but when we fought he either took a car in the middle of the night to see me on a tuesday or stayed on the phone with me all night until i had to leave for school in the morning. i cant imagine us fighting again, even with all of this university stress. and i love the way he drinks milk while hes still eating a bagel.
ok so much sighing and all aside... i LOVE henry fielding!!!!!!!!!! tom jones is one of the best books i have ever read, and right now im reading joseph andrews. he has this character in it, parson adams, who is SO much like me it IS funny. he is about to save a girl from being forced into something against her will and when he goes to beat up the 'villain,' he starts snapping his fingers over his head and walking quickly to the bushes. haha. a parson who fights and snaps his fingers. i wish i had a time machine to go to the 1750s and kick it with fielding while he wrote his novels and plays.
last night i had a crazy/scary/awesome experience with bay st. louis people. i have a new respect for law enforcement on the local level. theyre people man, and they go through some scary stuff. theyre not all bad!
so yeah...belle and sebastian...the new cd is sooooooo rad.
im gonna fool around on the net now and then read some more of joseph andrews.
