Random thoughts...
*I found another beer bottle today stuffed in my desk... those damn tailgators this weekend.. lol.. I also found a bottle cap under the sheet on my bed... i wondered why my dad told me the princess and the pea story last night... he thinks hes sooo funny...oh man..
*I'm hoping I won't be so busy next week so I can actually do something fun like hit the bar or hang out with friends.. good thing I've been able to squeeze in a couple workouts with Shaz this week, keeps me sane! Thanks Shaz!
*My mom told me something today about thankfulness and if you practice it in your life...didnt make sense to me until she told me how they gave money to some friends that had a family crisis and didnt get a thanks for it... she said she was upset at first but then realized that she doesnt need the thanks to know she did a good thing or that they appreciated it... i told her I kinda know what she means but that in other situations there are also people who will walk all over you and expect you to help them out and take advantage of you if you are not careful. I've also really felt good about all the people I have helped in different situations and as long as they dont treat me like crap then it is worth it, I dont need a huge THANKS, although it is nice :) Makes me feel appreciated. Anyways I know that pry didnt make sense but oh well, like I said, they are ramblings...
*So I think I wanna stay in Michigan or very close to it for work... is that so bad? My family and all my close friends are here, why would I want to leave? You know what they say, if it isnt broken dont fix it..I just really dont think a job, unless it was a super great offer and opportunity to do something amazing, would be worth it to leave everything I love and start over...I dunno that's just me... So far I have interviews with Dow, Consumers, GE, Innotech (yes haha i know same as in Office Space), hoping to hear from Stryker, the rest have escaped my memory right now, but they are all in Michigan or close by and sound like cool work experience, so why not?
*OK time for sleep, gotta go take this IAH midterm tomorrow.... ok High life is in Ghana and The Congo has soukous music... got it! lol...riiight
