SATURDAY DAYS AND NIGHTS
Well Saturday was eventful...
Skated Garrett Park with Simenauer and Brad.
Brad and I pretty much took Garrett Park apart and reassembled it with our tricks which, well lets be honest, cannot be touched.
That night during the snowstorm Brad and I went into Bethesda to skate g4 (aka g3) and the Jolie parking garage. At g3 we got kicked out, so we were there for only about 10 minutes. Getting into the Jolie parking lot was a bunch of fun though, getting yelled at by a lady in an Expedition as we snuck in trailing her car. Got some important footage done there, then pretty much goofed off, rode down the ramps there in varying positions until we fell off or hit the cement supports... It was pretty sweet. Then on the way home at the Bethesda Metro's HUGE escalators we decided it would be fun to run down the up escalator. Well we ran down them for 5 minutes, walked for a couple, and then ran some more and realized we only went about 1/5 of the way down. So it took us about half an hour and MAJOR dizzyness to make it all the way. Then we skated the Grovsner Metro ramps until we were busted, and then we went home. Can't wait for next time!
