weight, travel, and Investiture
Logging every bite and swallow is helping - I know when I am being stupid and when I can have 4 oz. of raw tuna, so that there are calories left for the 1/8 of a piece of chocolate 30th anniversary cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory in Boca Park.
Then, an awesome dinner out with two of the Squires and the lovely Danni, followed by a 1.5 hour walk around CityCenter to bur off the wine cals.
Last work week in Vegas was great. So far, it's wierd but good, and I work 10-12 hours each day I am there, so my intake is very controlled during work time. Then one day I go out and eat with friends, and eat whatever. The others, more careful and no (or little) booze.
I did get to fight at M/C War AWESOMEEEE!!! and at Princess' Champion yesterday. In armor two Saturdays in a row - go ME!
Investiture was beautiful, and the wonderful bardic work duke_flieg wrote and performed about Korwyn was perfect. Thank you, Flieg!
Also, the When I'm 64 lyrics were wandering through my head yesterday...and they are on duke_flieg
