1. What one thing do you wish you could make the anti-CA people understand?
That to be a good combat archer, you have to PRACTICE, as much as a good spearman or shieldwall sergeant, to be any good at it. I practiced twice a week for two years before I really got good, and I still practice periodically. Of course, making me rebuild my arrowheads means I also have to do added practice to adjust to the changes in flight characteristics...gosh, let's make all pikes 8 feet instead of 9, and see if they need to practice to adjust... I usually get less grief anyway, because I started heavy and -added- missiles to my combat style, and always wore full heavy armor and hand protection.
2. What's the greatest thing motherhood has taught you?
The world is more wondrous and beautiful through a child's eyes.
3. Where did you grow up?
Hmmm...I was born in Tacoma, WA, then lived in Albuquerque, Dallas, and the greater SF Bay area (moved to CA when I was 9)...so, I feel like I "grew up" in the SF bay area, because anything before 9 years old is pretty hazy anyway.
4. What's your favorite virtue?
