yummy Marmelade
Well, at duke_flieg's request, I have jumped back in to the Confectionry world - or at least back in to the 15th C. housewife trying to preserve the flavors of fruits...nectarines from my yard and lemons and oranges from maryseabrook's - came out yummy, and I don't even like nectarines.
Gingerbrede tomorrow - made with aged Challah rolls (and maybe some of the Cranberry honey if Eilis will let me...)
Much cooking in prep for the food tables at Crown. It's all good, but I will have to get a job soon or I will be eating foodbars and drinking water to conserve funds.
