(no subject)
TFirst I got into W+M last week. Happy.
Then I got the Trip to Germany. For free. Ecstatic!
Then I got into Gettysburg. ...woo. Even with their best scholarship it's too expensive to go there. useless, but nice to be loved.
Today I heard from Wake Forest and Davidson, got into both. Huzzah!
Made German Potato Salad all by myself. Fairly complicated, involves chopping and sauteing and boiling...except that my stupid potatoes were undercooked (i waited 20 minutes while they boiled, stabbed a fork through their hearts and still they come out crunchy. I say wtf?!) the whole thing is fairly tasty. And I went easy on the vinegar.
Still waiting on Princeton, Middlebury, Williams and UVA.
But life is overall boring. *sigh of tired*
PS: cooking bacon tonight made me almost want to become jewish. bacon is gross.
