(no subject)
Hey all. THis past week, nothing happened. I mean, valentines day but thats not worth anything. I'd kind of forgotten about it actually. Hm. Anyways.
I had the world's best piano lesson friday! woo!My teacher actualy was smiling most of it, which is rather unusual. 2 of my pieces are ready for guild (-cadence in three positions, but i've got two months. and dynamics need mroe work. but i could play them now if i had to so its all good) And the ohter one realy improved. yay.
Saturday i did...nothing. Sunday-moer of the same. We went over to tim's house for his dad's birthday, watched the olympics (i do not, nor will i ever understand ice dancing...*shudder*) then went home. Mom stopped the recording of DH like 5 minutes early. so i missed thel ast five minutes. rarr.
Today I got up (really reluctantly) at 730 to go babysit at raintree, and i got back at like 10 minutes ago. so 1100. There was nobody there the first halfhour, so i was just sittin there, cuz i forgot to bring a book. Then this six year old came in and he was coloring for a bit, then racing hot wheels. THen the most adorable little two year old and her brother came in. Cept she was really ornerytoday. we stared outcloring and she was so cute nad like i like playing with you and it was adorable. THen she'd start screaming for mom, or miss kitty or something and then she'd be fine. I think she was getting sick. Her brother was adorable too...they all were.
But yeah, homework time! woo, the fabulous life of katie.
