Good-bye 2005, Hello 2006

Seeing as I haven't really updated in like a bajillion years, I decided to recap on 2005, due to the fact that I haven't mentioned anything that has occurred in my life on this thing since June. So yeah, enjoy

2005

+ what did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?: Hmm...a lot of things actually
+ did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?: Yeah, I got really good grades for school. And for this year, basically I just want to have a good time and become more independent.
+ did anyone close to you give birth?: Hmmm, no not really
+ did anyone close to you die?: Yes, my Uncle Steve :(
+ what places did you visit?: Florida was the biggie, and I went up to New Hampshire a few times as usual, as well as a day trip to Kittery
+ what would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?: In a perfect world, it would be more spending money, but that won't be happening cuz I'll be investing all my money towards London, prom and senior events, and of course college
+ what date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory?: August 26 (the day my uncle died), November 19 (my 18th birthday, woot)
+ what was your biggest achievement of the year?: Getting into college, woot :)
+ what was your biggest failure?: I don't really think I had any real failures
+ did you suffer illness or injury?: Nope
+ what was the best thing you bought?: I honestly dunno, lol
+ whose behavior merited celebration?: People had their good moments that showed great maturity and value in friendship this year, so it's hard to pick just one
+ whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?: Different people and different times, but I'm over it.
+ where did most of your money go?: Florida, and going out to dinner
+ what did you get really, really, really excited about?: Senior year
+ what song[s] will always remind you of 2005?: Sooo many to name, lol

+ what do you wish you'd done more of: Studying probably, spending time with some friends
+ what do you wish you'd done less of?: Worrying about stupid stuff
+ how will you be spending the holidays?: Already spent them
+ how will you be spending new years?: Spent it at Liz's
+ did you fall in love in 2005?: Nope
+ how many one night stands?: Zero
+ what was your favorite TV program?: Friends
+ do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?: I don't really hate anybody, but there are some people I dislike
+ do you like anyone now that you hated this time last year?: Yes
+ what was the best book you read?: Haha I dunno
+ what was your greatest musical discovery?: Oh there are too many to name
+ what did you want and get?: More self-confidence
+ what did you want and not get?: More money, lol
+ what was your favorite film of this year?: I really liked Fever Pitch, and of course Family Stone
+ what did you do on your birthday?: A whole bunch of random stuff, it was awesome
+ what one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?: I dunno
+ how would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?: It variates
+ what kept you sane?: My family, and friends
+ which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?: I fancy a lot of them, lol
+ what political issue stirred you the most?: The war on Iraq
+ who did you miss?: My uncle :(
+ who was the best new person you met?: Caitlin from work
