summer, circles, and the random happenings in the life of Katie
Wow its been a very long time since I updated this thing. Lots of stuff has happend since my last update. I turned 20 which is just weird and way to old but somewhat exciting at the same time. Only 8 1/2 months until I am 21. Life goes by way to fast... The summer was good. I worked a lot as usual, did the kid musical which was fun (definatly the highlight of the summer) Although I did go on a pretty awesome roadtrip which some awesome friends. The trip was slightly marred however by my transmission dying an hour away from home...(Life) Anyway, Here I am back in Ithaca. I am living in a circle apartment this year (the apartment is acutally square but they call the complex the circles, in case anyone was confused)Its really really nice though. I will post some pictures on facebook one of these days. We have had a lot of fun adjusting to life on our own. We have only set off the fire alarm once, though we did leave the oven on all night on another occasion... we also had some drunk visitors at 2:30 one morning. the people who lived here last year decided to drop by and they walked right in and made all kinds of noise. It scared me to death. (stupid drunk college boys) Classes start tommorow. I am not terribly excited but what can you do. I also have to start getting my application for study abroad in London(!) together. I did have a whole bunch of other things to say when I started this but I cant think of anything now... Oh well. I should probably get going to bed soon anyway.
