Room 408 - Friday Morning after Music is Love
Naomi had just gotten back from Music is Love when her computer started beeping signalling that someone was calling through. She sat at her computer and received the call.
"Hey Icheb," Naomi grinned as Icheb appeared on the screen.
"Morning Naomi," Icheb nodded, "how are things going at Fandom,"
"Things are going okay," Naomi replied, "well as okay as you can expect when the school board is visiting,"
"School board?"
"Yeah and you won't believe who is on the board," Naomi said.
"Who?"
"Captain Kirk,"
Icheb didn't say anything for a few minutes, Naomi watched his expression with interest.
"Captain James T. Kirk?" Icheb questioned, making sure that it was the right Kirk that Naomi was talking about.
"Yup," Naomi said, "I only found out when he came by for dorm inspection, that was interesting,"
"I'm not even going to ask how, with Fandom I think it's just best to accept it as it is," Icheb said finally.
"Yeah I know what you mean," Naomi replied, "I'm kind of wondering who is else is going to show up from our universe,"
"I think I'm definitely going to have to visit your school for parents weekend," Icheb said.
"Well I hope you can make it," Naomi responded, "it'll probably be in October again like it was last year,"
Icheb nodded, "so other than the school board visit is there anything else happening?"
"Well I signed up for Extra Curricular Activities," Naomi said, "I went a bit overboard with signing up,"
"What are you doing this semester?"
"The Sorority, Chess Club, Dance Club, Fencing Club, Gun Club, Roleplaying Club, Self-Defense Club and Young Entrepenuers," Naomi replied.
"Looks like you're going to busy this semester," Icheb remarked.
"Yeah but it'll still be fun," Naomi said, "and Starfleet can see that I'm involved in a lot of different things and it'll increase my chances of getting in to Starfleet Academy,"
Icheb gave a small smile, "I have no doubt that you'll get in," he told her.
"Thanks Icheb,"
"Well I have to go Naomi, it was nice catching up with you,"
"Same here Icheb," Naomi nodded, "bye,"
"Bye Naomi,"
Once the screen faded Naomi decided to do some reading until the fashion show in the afternoon.
