Room 211 - Tuesday Late Afternoon/Early Evening

Naomi had spent the last several days visiting her parents on the Titan. It had been her 16th birthday while she was away and it had been nice to just be with her parents during that time.

She was still glad to be able to come back to Fandom though and once she made it back to her room she began unpacking.

Jack was walking down the hall, seeing who's out and about. He knocked on the open door. "Hey!"

Naomi smiled, "hi Jack," she said.

"Fancy seeing you here," he said. In the doorway of her room. "You, uh, leaving somewhere?"

Jack may not have noticed the un part of unpacking.

"Oh, no I've just come back," Naomi explained, "I'm just unpacking,"

"Oh! Well, then, as the new representative of the Host Club, welcome back."

Now that he was Cool, he'd have to show it. Oh, wait until that stupid class with Professor Stimpy now!

"Thanks," Naomi smiled.

[inthereflexes]

"Good trip?" he asked, leaning against the doorframe all suave. Suavey. Swa-vey. However it's pronounced.

Naomi nodded, "yeah, it was good. I went to visit my parents," she explained.

[inthereflexes]

"Oh, hey! That's good! How are things back where you're from? In... the future?"

[ktarian_wildman]

"Things are pretty good back home," Naomi said, "it's fairly peaceful,"

[inthereflexes]

"Great!" He smiled. Then he thought for a moment and the smile faded. "It wasn't peaceful before?"

"There was a war quite a few years ago," Naomi said, "while Voyager was still in the Delta Quadrant, and tensions between some races had been quite high but thankfully it's gotten fairly quiet since then,"

"That's... good to hear," he said, as all those funny words just kinda flew over that head of his. "But everything is good now? No war? War is bad."

[ktarian_wildman]

"Everything's good now," Naomi nodded, "hopefully it will stay that way,"

[inthereflexes]

"That's good to hear," he said, wtih a smile and a nod. "Um. I... guess I should get going then," he said, not really moving to the door. "Glad you had a safe trip."

"I'm glad I did as well," Naomi smiled.
