The rain season has officially begun. Somebody kill me. Just kidding. sort of. i don't know.
So today I wen to the law fair. It was amazing. over 80 schools there! I got so many packets with pretty pictures of people smiling while fall leaves fall around them and their JCrew gear. Oh god. I don't know what I am doing. Is it impossible to go to law school? My life seems so busy and full of importance until I read about the student who got the White House Internship which I would NEVER do while George Bush is president, mostly because he signs the letter (I got an application in the mail?) "George W. Bush and the White House thank you for your interest." and i was like Oh hell no. I may want to get into law school more than anything but i still have morals and standards. But still, my resume looks floppy and sad in comparison to such things.
Anyway. The fair was fun. Very interesting. Makes me want to be smart.
I can't wait to go home for christmas. There is a sense of self I get when I am surrounded by people who know me so well. I was talking with my sister who just got back from visiting her three best friends from grade school/high school. We agree that while college friends are among our favorite people and I am not fake around my college friends at all, there is something to be said for those who saw you go through puberty and remained your friend, anyway.
