KAT-TUN will have a new variety show on late Tuesday nights on NTV. 'Manetakunaru' is a conjugation of the verb maneru - 'to mimic; to imitate'. So, people and stuff KT definitely wants to mimic/imitate/etc. For example, for Kame, it would be gourmet/sports, Koki music/latest things in the spotlight, Maru new products, etc.

Members will research all kinds of things and present the contents/results to their guests. Three guests will judge and even if just one person decides 'Manetakunai (Don't want to copy/imitate)', the members will be subject to batsu games (punishment games).

Basically, at the moment, it sounds similar to Season 3 of Cartoon KAT-TUN with some twists. Details are not yet known on if the members will be researching individually or on different teams, etc.

ETA 10/18: According to the first episode of KZM, the show will have a limited run until December for a total of 10 episodes. :(
